Step 1 Initial Contact

Step 2 The Search

During this step is when we do our magic and locate the manufacturers and suppliers according. Here we might ask additional questions depending on the complexity of the products and availability of options.

This is also where we gather samples and if need be, send it to you for approval.

Step 3 The Purchase

During this phase we compile the pricelist as well as confirm the quantities and shipping estimates. If you request it, we can travel to the factory for a quality control inspection before the goods are shipped. (highly recommended for larger orders).

After the goods have arrived at our warehouse we do also do spot checks though inspections can be performed if requested.

Step 4 On The Way

This is when the goods leave our warehouse and make their way to the client destination. The transportation time depends on the form of transport chosen (Air, Sea, Rail). Depending on the country customs duties might be paid in advance or paid upon arrival. Thereafter it should be only a few days before it arrives at your warehouse.
